High or low in corrugated paper or smooth paper: every panettone has its own shape and can satisfy the needs of even the best pastry chef, for the type of paper used, certified to resist temperatures up to 220°C and for the beauty of the shape of each cake baked.

Technical features

The baking mould for the high Panettone cake is  available either with smooth paper or external corrugated paper on the side of the mould
The Low panettone cake mould is made with corrugated paper on the inside of the mould
