High or low in corrugated paper or smooth paper: every panettone has its own shape and can satisfy the needs of even the best pastry chef, for the type of paper used, certified to resist temperatures up to 220°C and for the beauty of the shape of each cake baked.

Technical features

The  baking mould for the high panettone shape is also available in the version with the side band made of smooth paper or with the corrugated part on the outside.
The baking mould for the low Panettone shape has the side corrugated part on the inside.
