The dedicated shapes to best enhance each variety of this traditional dessert, whether it is high or low, with a wave or smooth. Our range of panettone molds is designed to meet the needs of the best pastry shops. We use certified papers to withstand temperatures up to 220°C, ensuring maximum safety and reliability during cooking.

Technical features

The High Panettone baking mould is available either with a smooth side band or an external corrugated paper
The The Low Panettone baking mould has a corrugated band on the inside
